Formal education from a bachelors degree in Kinesiology, attaining a doctorate in Chiropractic and being a certified personal trainer. Additionally, on an informal level I practice what I preach and have been training for bodybuilding for almost a decade . I know what it takes to put on muscle, lose fat and get stronger with proper training periodization and dieting.

You and your coach will designate 1 day per week in which you will be checking in but you are also able to check in daily, every other day or every third day based on progress and how much additional accountability the coach and client agree is needed. Adjustments to your protocol will be on any day of the week as needed and a proper peak week for photoshoot or competition will be included.Included in this package is: Macros, cardio,specific training program for clients goals and a peak week protocol with constant access to your coach.
